Nikos Nikolopoulos

Nikos Nikolopoulos is a founding member and, since 2020, has been the CEO of TenTec; Ten Brinke Hellas Technical Partner, a leading European real estate development group established in 1902.

A NTUA Electrical and Computer Engineer specialized in Electric Energy Systems, he has served as a researcher, entrepreneur, ΕΜ supervisor and construction manager since 1989. Due to his multifaceted professional past, he has experienced the construction sector from various aspects.

He worked, literally, from day one after his studies completion, for ELVIM SA, a part of Schneider Electric Group, moving to ARCON constructions later on. He was the co-founder of EMD Constructions SA which constructs and renovates privately owned buildings and currently, from the post of TenTec CEO, he is in charge of a team of 25 civil, mechanical, electrical engineers and architects responsible for studying, managing and constructing various real estate project categories such as residences, commercial buildings and retail parks, logistics, hotels and lodges.
